ABOUT ME
Dr. Kelsey Wodka Pryll, Psy.D.
Dr. Kelsey Wodka Pryll earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois. She specializes in working with high-achieving individuals who appear capable and accomplished on the outside, yet feel overwhelmed, self-critical, or stretched too thin internally.

Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine respect. She believes therapy works best when it feels both supportive and purposeful. Rather than offering surface-level reassurance, Dr. Pryll helps clients thoughtfully examine long-standing patterns — such as people-pleasing, perfectionism, and over-responsibility — and build practical, sustainable tools for change.

She understands that growth is not about becoming someone different. It’s about responding differently to stress, expectations, and self-doubt. Dr. Pryll meets each client where they are and works alongside them to create meaningful progress aligned with their values and goals.

Outside of her practice, Dr. Pryll prioritizes her own well-being through time with family and friends, movement, learning, time in nature, and intentional self-care. She believes therapists who value balance in their own lives are better equipped to help clients build it in theirs.
